Our return and refund policy is designed with the nature of digital products in mind. As a small business offering online digital downloads, all sales are final once a purchase is completed and the product has been accessed or downloaded. Due to the non-returnable nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you experience issues with your download or believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase—we’re happy to help resolve the problem promptly.
